I have been involved in sports from a young age and feel strongly that keeping physically fit is instrumental in maintaining a balanced , healthy and productive lifestyle.
My training and related education started in Canada where I obtained a degree in Human Performance, competed in athletics at an international level and qualified as an Exercise to Music Teacher.
I am self-employed and predominantly specialise in Personal Training. I also teach boxing classes, pilates and circuit training at local halls, schools and my own gym. I provide one-to-one, buddy or small group training in clients' homes, workplaces, my gym or outdoors. To make sessions fun and effective I provide a good mix of equipment to vary sessions.
I regularly attend fitness workshops so my clients can be given current and challenging workouts.
