All classes are an hour long and run on a drop-In basis. Come when you can!

I have been attending Jen’s circuit training and Hiit classes regularly since 2015. Jen is very experienced and provides programmes to suit all abilities and ages and varies the content regularly to keep the classes fresh and challenging.

Jen provides an open inclusive environment at her classes where everyone is made to feel welcome and encouraged. I have met some great people through Jen’s classes that have become good friends.

I can carry sacks of potatoes (big ones!) to my car, I can reach under the table to retrieve dropped olives, and I can spend a day gardening and not feel it the next day. But that’s just the physical benefits.

Jennifer is kind, gentle, empathetic and non judgmental. She understands people and her light touch encourages her pupils to feel valued and welcome. Friendships have grown and theatre visits, shopping trips, cinema outings and weekly coffee at the village pub all have developed from the first class.
