I have been going to Jennifer’s weekly circuit and HIIT classes, and Personal Training sessions, for many years. Jennifer makes exercise fun, enjoyable and rewarding. She makes everyone feel really welcome, the classes are friendly and non-judgmental and she makes an effort to know all of her clients. All the sessions are focussed, fun and hard and Jennifer takes the time with everyone to make sure they can do the exercises properly, whatever your fitness level or experience. She also pushes you by suggesting more personalised variations during the class for an extra challenge, which I love. I absolutely trust Jennifer to keep me fit and healthy and would 100% recommend her classes and PT sessions.
